Burnham Football Club is proud to play an active role in developing the next generation of football talent. We are committed to supporting the Burnham FC Under-18s by providing a professional, inclusive, and inspiring club environment where players, coaches, and parents work together to nurture raw ability into the football stars of tomorrow.
Our Under-18 squad is drawn from The Henley College Elite Football Programme, with players benefiting from high-quality daytime training throughout the week and all home fixtures played on our FIFA-certified 3G artificial pitch at The 1878 Stadium, Burnham Football Club.
The Burnham FC Under-18s are a vital part of our player development pathway, offering a direct link to our First Team. Promising players are regularly invited to train alongside senior squad members, gaining valuable experience in a competitive, semi-professional environment. This clear progression route ensures that talent is recognised, developed, and provided with genuine opportunities to represent Burnham FC at the highest level within the club.
Competing in the South Division of the Allied Counties Youth Football League and the FA Youth Cup, the Burnham FC Under-18s provide a platform for ambitious young players not only to showcase their ability but to take the next step towards a successful career in senior football.

Our aim is to play positive football, with an emphasis on being brave, working together as a team and encouraging hard work both on and off the ball.
We hope to provide a seemless ‘stepping stone’ for our young players. As they move from youth football, into men’s football and hopefully feeding them into our first team squad, who frequently attend training sessions and help support the development of our young players as they grow.
